I have an upright deep cleaner. When mixing the cleansing formula do I use it full strength or dilute it in my machine. |

If your machine features a separate Smartmix Bottle for cleaning formula, you would pour the cleaning formula into this bottle undiluted and the machine will automatically adjust the concentration of formula based on the SmartMix setting you choose.
High Traffic: Will release the highest concentration of chemical. This setting is used for heavily soiled areas and stubborn stains.
Normal: This setting is used in most general cleaning situations.
Water Only: No solution will be released. This setting is helpful when performing a final rinse to carpet after cleaning.
